Olive oil made in Texas, by Texans, for Texans! We have an Italian state-of-the-art mechanical fruit press which extracts and separates the olive oil very efficiently with excellent results. At Texas Olive Ranch we are currently growing and pressing olive oil from our Arbequina, Arbosana, and Koroneiki varieties of olives. Occasionally we will press olives for our friends and will have some to pass along to our customers.
